I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

There are many good projects out there with lots to learn. Unmatched brand in the market.

    Cons

    1. Workload is increasing day by day- The management is getting very eager to make profits. In this process, they are ignore the employees. I have overworked many times. Its now reaching my frustration limit
    2. Onsite opportunities depends on politics only.
    3. High variable pay component. (20% at my level)
    4. HR's are only present to scare, torture employees and go by the side of the Management.
    5. Many employee friendly processes are non existent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No use advising them. They already know the problems. Many employees have already spoken out. Its only the profits that they look at always.
