“Decent place to work”
I have been working at Accenture
Pros – Good pay/benefits/vacation
Managers are easy to work with regarding time off
Oppotunities for advancement available if you work hard
Decent training program to get you integrated into workplace
Cons – 100% Travel
Dealing with coworkers who only know industry buzz words, but do not know how to do the actual work
I was hired along with a bunch of employees fresh out of college, who knew nothing of the consulting world. In other words, the group I started with in my office, I would not have hired 1/2 of them to work here.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay / employ experienced hires equal to their skills
Make information more available within the company, it is next to impossible to find useful information internally from other clients
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
