Current Employee – been working at Access Insurance Company

Pros – Small to midsize company makes you highly visible to upper level management. Presented multiple opportunities to grow in my field. Access offers tuition, and certification reimbursement. Good performers are recognized and compensated fairly. My supervisor trusts in my ability and allows me to get my job done. I can't imagine working anywhere else. 401K employer match is a huge plus!

Cons – Medical Benefits are not great, however compensation makes up for that.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you are doing.
