“It is a great company to work at before Johnosn and Johnson's acquisition”
Current Employee – been working at Acclarent
Pros – Love the people. We are like family, especially when the company was still small
Cons – There are office politics just like any other company.
HR dept is a weak link.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire some professional HR personnel.
