Accor – “Accor HQ Odyssey is a peferct place to work !”

Pros

Even it is an international company, you ll find personnal and carreer development.
For me it is a really interesting place to work, i mean at the Headquarters.
There is mainly young people or even senior are not that old, most of them are really open minded.
I've there for 7 months druing my MBA, i was considered as a real junior, coz my boss was introducing me as i was. And they make be one of the team, leading meeting...
Accor HQ is definitely a good place to work

Cons

Some of senior management are not easy and wont give a chance to junior.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more open, listen to Junior, make them confident with you and they will follow objectives more than ever.
