I worked at Accountemps full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

If you have a strong accounting background you can obtain work easy. Great work assignments if you possess a CPA. If your not a CPA then work will be hard to find for you.

    Cons

    Job Security is too fragile
If you are not a CPA you will be force to take the most boring assignments and stay on those assignments as long as the client is willing to pay Accountemps. If you sit on "Bench Status" too long they will fire you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

People are people not expendable tools that you throw away when you feel you cannot use them anymore.

    Recommends
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
