Ace is a very nice place to work. The teams and departments are very friendly and welcoming. Mid-level management is accessible and open. Performance appraisals are timely and you always know where you stand in your career. Ace has a strong belief in the importance of work-life balance.

Cons

Ace not a fast-moving company or culture, which is frustrating for many new employees. Technology and data are very limited. There is an old-boys network that is slowly eroding.

Advice to Senior Management

Management is blind to a lot of problems faced by mid-level management in running the business which needs to change before Ace can get where management wants it to go.
