Cons

Ace not a fast-moving company or culture, which is frustrating for many new employees. Technology and data are very limited. There is an old-boys network that is slowly eroding.

Management is blind to a lot of problems faced by mid-level management in running the business which needs to change before Ace can get where management wants it to go.
