Ace Hardware Sales Associate in Stone Harbor, NJ:   (Current Employee)

Pros

made some ok money down the shore .. $10/hr... able to still go to beach and time off while still making money

Cons

management is not the best i have seen.. but its a small town. just be on the bosses good side and youll do fine.

Advice to Senior Management

its a very laid back town that is run on great service and being nice to ppl. the better you are at that.. the more ppl will return
