Ace Hardware – “Cool Enough”

Pros

I liked it alright. I was only working part time while I helped out my Grandfather and thought it was only good for part time.

Cons

I saw full time that did less than I did. They need to train their managers better is all I can say.

Advice to Senior Management

Quit worrying about how clean the store is all the time, man. I can only do so much in my position for what I am paid.
