Great knowledge at all levels, great communication, great opportunity to make a difference for the corporation and for the retailers, take very good care of employees with competitive salaries, benefits package, and work/life balance.

Cons

Some initiatives can hit a road block due to co-op nature of the business, but that is also a pro because the retailers demand the best.

None, I felt that management was great, shared timely information, and led with an aggressive, forward thinking agenda in conjunction with the board.
