Ace Hardware – “Great place to work if morale was better”

Pros

Working with the very friendly customers and good low level employees, Great job for a follower or a student.

Cons

Poor management, and low morale. Incompetent Store managers did nothing but destroy morale of a good work force. They asked opinion but never took advice from the people "down in the ditches". They priced product for convience vs what the average retail price would be.

Listen to the people that work under you do things to help improve morale
