Pros

Working with the very friendly customers and good low level employees, Great job for a follower or a student.

Cons

Poor management, and low morale. Incompetent Store managers did nothing but destroy morale of a good work force. They asked opinion but never took advice from the people "down in the ditches". They priced product for convience vs what the average retail price would be.
