It was very fast paced, not quite the experience I was looking for.

I worked at Ace Marketing full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Promotions... however they aren't really promotions. Just quick changes in job titles and increases in hours and responsibilities.

    Cons

This job begins with its misleading job description. It is in truth a form of DS-MAX Multi-Level Marketing. I worked for its sister company Capital Acquisitions (or Dryden Group.... or whatever their name was that month) With questionable business practices and it is nothing more than glorified door to door sales or donation requesting for a good 8-9 hours a day coupled with a cult like brainwashing session in the morning to get it spinning. From start to finish, lies and exaggerations are peddled to all the workers in the form of "motivational speeches" about achieving financial freedom (which it seems no one had). Although not illegal, it is highly dishonest and misleading to potential applicants. I gave this "job" a few months to see if I would become acclimated to the work and it turns out I was worse off after I left the job than when I started. I left plenty in debt. But luckily found one of the "terrible" 9-5 jobs they all seem to diss on all the time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be honest. Tone down on the cult like sensationalism.

    Disapproves of CEO
