I have been working at Achievers full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people and culture really make Achievers a wonderful place to work. The hiring process ensures positive, passionate people find work here, and it really makes day-to-day work much nicer. The small company feel makes everyone feel part of family, with a goal we all believe in.

    Cons

While Achievers often promotes itself as having great opportunities to further your career, the reality is that many employees are not being promoted (arguably) when they should be. It is not uncommon for people to leave shortly after a promotion, possibly because the were already looking elsewhere. Further, salary increases are negligible, so argue for a good salary up front.

    Advice to Management

It is okay to provide negative feedback
