Pros

I love working for Achievers because it is a professionally managed company that uses a professional approach to handle its blue chip customers HR and Financial consulting requests.

Cons

Limited availability of high end training. Low to mid end training is provided

Keep on doing what you do best. Consulting in HR

    Pros

    - Freedom to do my job without being micro managed
    - Nice to be part of a growing company
    - Good perks and great office locations

    Cons

    - Compensation could be better (RRSP matching, Bonuses, ESOP)
    - There is a lot of "me too" attitude
    - Inter-departmental communication can be improved

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Adjust the compensation plan to match the needs of an older employee base (RRSP Matching please!)
    - Get the Executive Team aligned and stop putting department needs above company needs.
