Pros

Acision has a solid brand in the mobile market space, have a robust product portfolio and is mobile messaging leader worldwide. In summary, it's great to work for a leading company in its field of expertise.

Cons

Telecom market as a whole is very stressful and very demanding, every single project is urgent, has very tight schedules and requires the most up to date solution. The mix of high complex solutions with so tight schedules creates a work and life balance that is very poisoning in the long term.
