    Pros

The company has good benefits and depending upon where you work they have work/life balance. It has good entry level experience that can be leveraged in finding jobs elsewhere. You get exposure to management at other companies you are analyzing.

    Cons

Management in my group does not communicate to the team. Associates work on different accounts and may be working at the account office instead of Acosta. Little chance to interact with others in the company. Little chance to learn and grow and improve the company. Higher management does not want to hear your ideas for improvement. They have their processes and just want to follow them.

    Advice to Management

You need to offer associates the opportunity to learn, grow and contribute to the company in order to keep them engaged. Listen to their suggestions.

  2. Good place to gain experience but low wages and poor training.

    Pros

Good place for a someone new in CPG who is self learner and looking to gain experience. My department is flexible in understanding employee needs to take time off from work/ work from home. Experience varies by department and the Manager.

    Cons

However don't expect you pay to be matching similar position offered by manufacturers or retailers. No structured training as per my experience.

    Advice to Management

More structured training, industry standard wages.
