Acosta Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Acosta full-time for more than a year

Pros – I love my job...I love going from store to store and being on the go. My supervisor is excellent, however other reps on different teams have shared other stories. I go out and do my job every day and know I am appreciated. The benefits (for full timers) are good and the vacation/sick time accrual is better than I expected. I enjoy going to work for Acosta every day.

Cons – I would enjoy going to work even more if the pay was better. I barely make ends meet and I am full time. The communication is scarce and unless you really hound someone for answers, you don't get them. Training is non-existent and you really need to be able to work with no supervision. I think alot of very talented people get frustrated and quit because there are just so many loose ends.

Advice to Senior Management – Please pay your employees what they are worth!
