I have been working at Acosta full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

You get 10 Vac days 5 sick and 5 personal for a total of 20 days to use throughout the year. The company has Christmas Party and a Summer Outing every year. There is a chance to get a bonus at the end of the year based on your performance.

    Cons

Disconnect btw sales team and sales support team. Alot of red tape within this organization making this position difficult at times. India is taking over our jobs as we know them today however we have been told this should not affect our employment. Our roles will just be different than they are today.

I have been working at Acosta full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Associates are very willing to help other coworkers. No questions asked.

    Cons

Everyone is spread extremely thin. Hours are 8-5, but a normal day usually lasts from 7-7. Work is very overwhelming and there is a lot of pressure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to employees when they tell you they're over-worked. Need to implement a better work-life balance. Hire more people!
