    Pros

    There are no pros left.

    Cons

Too much good old boy philosophy. Very little team players. Unit manager always wanted to argue. I didn't want to argue all the time. No pay raises or bonuses. Too much micro-management . Company passed all business expenses to it's employees. No room for advancement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maybe if a little more incentives were offered you would be able to retain a quality work force. Why put GPS on your employees(I was making $9.15 an hour) talk about adding insult to injury.
