I have been working at Acosta part-time (less than an year)

Pros

I like the flexibility of the job and the fact you make your own schedule. You get paid biweekly. You get reimbursed for travel time & mileage.

Cons

Sometimes you get too many emails from the managers but for the most part there really isn't any cons. Sometimes I wish I'd get more hours though.

    I have been working at Acosta full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    The Corpoate Culture is probably the best thing about Acosta Sales and Marketing. Jeans Friday every week with a $2 donation to rotating charities. Management has open door policy throught corporate headquarters. Strong community involvement, working with local and national charities such as Wounded Warriors.

    Cons

    The growth strategy is questionable. Growth through acquisition. Provides fast growth and can contribute immediately to the bottome line but experience growing pains. Original financial analysis of acquisitions can be wrong, blending cultures of new companies, adopting new top managers into upper management can be tough.

    Pros

    Benefits are good, located across US, relocation is a possibility.

    Cons

    There is not too much room to grow and change your position. Such a big company that you are not as much of a priority
