I have been working at Acosta full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Not micromanaged with the option for some salary employees to work from home. A place to gain expierence.

    Cons

If you are a female stay away from this place, this place is a boys club. Hard work will be compensated with additional work without an increase in pay. You will train your boss and your hard work and effort will only go to credit your managment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep promises, compensate hardworking loyal employees, be fair in paying your employees and realize that your employees earned your position for you.
