    Pros

    Acosta continues to grow with its technology in the right direction. If you are looking for a job that will keep you busy all the time, then you will be happy.

    Cons

    The pay is poor in comparison to others. Technology is starting to be much, with some much data to process from so many different companies, who are paying the bills, that it can becoming overwhelming for our RCM's.

    The pay is poor in comparison with other companies.

    Nepotism. I've never seen so many "friends" at one company. There are a lot of jobs "invented" for friends and family and people who already are currently employed are never considered for these jobs. A lot of employees leave this company to work for clients who will pay more. There is a huge turn-over rate in our customer service area and I believe it's because the employees are treated like slaves. There is too much micro-managing going on in that particular department. There also is a lot of behind the back talking by senior management about employees that is never shared until review time, when it does the least good.

    Advice to Management

    Treat lower level employees with more respect. It seems the people who receive the most recognition and get rewarded either financially or with promotions or both are the people who do the least work.
