    Pretty platonic

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Not micromanaged. Allowed to take initiatives. Good in the short term. Great cross-functional support and engagements.

    Cons

Work becomes pretty routine over time. That may or may not work for some people. It appears not much is offered in the way of growth due to compensation issues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It would be nice if the company can evolve along more effective lines. It appears the current market strategy is that of a lowest bidder. This tends to translate into inability to sustain a thriving and high-morale employee base.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pull your socks up and start rewarding and recognising when people are doing a good job. You rely to heavily on the good will of your workers bees maily because your management are directionless bullies or weak....strange combination..
