Current Employee – been working at Acronym Media

Pros – Some great people work there and there is a good overall culture. They try to treat employees well with perks.

Cons – It's run by somewhat dysfunctional management and employee retention is not great due to this fact. They have some solid clients but cannot compete with top agencies.

Advice to Senior Management – Senior management should set a better example in terms of how they treat employees and watch how they behave themselves
