Former Employee – worked at Actavis full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Workforce good, knowledgeable and responsive. The Company has many long term employees who are not of the 'we've tried that before' kind but need positive leadership and involvement.
Cons – The management from the top down has a bullying, threatening management style, particularly the female senior managers. Finance, HR, Business Admin all show this and good loyal employees have given up trying in response.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop bullying learn to manage.
Try involvement, encouragement, participation.
