Pros – Biggest advantage is the technical depth & the exposure. Server side technologies fun to work with
Some of the best guys in the industry to work with - Technically as well as the Leadership team
Never a dull moment. Constant adoption of new technologies makes work exciting
Company moving fast, growing very well into new areas & domains
Some very senior architects hired recently, new architectural developments on the horizon
Good co-ordination b/w Dev guys & the testers, Agile adoption has worked well for us

Cons – Priority shifts, some rapid releases - result of early market penetration into new domains

Too many new initiatives coming up; makes it challenging for managers to balance juggling existing resources to meet current commitments and hiring new people for future work

Advice to Senior Management – Create budgets & put in proactive measures to help better facilities, invest in tools & processes to improvise workflow management, intra-department communication

Starting looking at stuff like TDD, White box Testing approaches to take quality to the next level
