I have been working at Activant Solutions (California)
Pros – Good People, good customers, good products.
Cons – Too rigid in process. Need to think outside the box a bit. Too narrow focused.
Advice to Senior Management – Shift management to more forward thinkers versus 25 year vets who do not change with the markets.
