Good to work there but with little career development chance

ProsWorking envirnment is good. Equip with good tools(PC, Laptop, big monitors). Collegues are nice and easy to work with. Decent vacation days (max 25 days/year).

ConsLack of growth opportunitity. Pay is behind of industry. Work at home is not flexible. No new technology was introduced. Skills may be out of date soon.

Advice to Senior ManagementIntroduce new tech. Pay follow industry or above average. Flexible work at home policy.
