    Pros

Some very talented and passionate co-workers.

    Cons

One of the 'tallest' org charts I've ever worked in... as a 'Team Lead', I had four people between me and the SVP in charge of our group. Seems like there are more managers than workers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need half as many managers, and managers should be there to empower employees to work together, not to make decisions and hand them down from on high.

WAH Reservation Agent (skid row wages)

Former Employee - WAH/Reservation Specialist in Chicago, IL

I worked at Active Network part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The positive side of this position is that there are no corny training classes, its professional, straight forward, work at your own pace type of set up, also the day to day work enviroment is not a corny chat room set up, you work independently.

    Cons

    # 1 would be low pay, # 2 would be low pay, oh and # 3 would be ... you guest it LOW PAY!
They are paying slave wages here, as of 2012 they start you off @ $7.50 per hour with no pay increase to look forward to for top producers, that is criminal in this day and time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your people living wages and enter the 21st century pls, your loosing good people because of sweat shop wages, with no potential for advancement or increase in salary as you progress...
