I have been working at Active Network full-time for less than a year


Pros: Lots of activities before, during and after work. Cons: There is not direction in any department. A lot of turnover due to the wishy washy way they want to run things. Seniority definitely matters.… Advice to Senior Management: Please get your heads out of the sand. Great for a season....but be warned

Pros: The basic concept of the company is great, "Anything Active". Fun if you like talking… Cons: Seems to be more focused on call count than actual customer service. HR promises you the world, however the company does not follow thru on… Advice to Senior Management: If you are going to be customer service company, then allow your agents to give top notch customer service, which does not mean counting… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
