Pros

The co-workers are all very supportive, humorous, and friendly. There is also a Toastmaster within this company where you can join to establish strong communication skills. There are also great benefits including cheaper movie tickets and fitness discounts.

Cons

For me, I would wish a slightly higher salary. But the environment and managers makes me feel very satisfied about my work.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have no advice. This company is ran extremely well and I am satisfied.

I have been working at Active Network

    Pros

Active is a fast growth company that addresses large markets, is dominant in the markets it plays in and has a laid back culture that encourages employee wellness.

    Cons

The organization is trying to do too much and playing catch-up or clean up after an extremely high growth period.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Match actions to words; avoid spinning data; allow your people to contribute; do less better; distribute rewards more equitably and accept responsibility for company's ills
