I worked at Activision Publishing full-time

    Pros

They pay well, if you're on a hot video game you get pretty much all the support you want. Also, it looks great on a resume when looking for jobs elsewhere.

    Cons

Company is very short sighted, and likes to lay off a few people every month. It's ALL about the money for them

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn how to build a franchise. COD won't last forever, and there is a reason why your stock price hasn't moved in years.

I have been working at Activision Publishing

    Pros

Great company, fun people, nice work space. Everyone seems to be happy to work there so you get excited to be at work with people who want to be there.

    Cons

There's a lot of people working at Activision so sometimes who you report to gets lost in the jumble but otherwise loved working for the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Nothing, loved working for them.
