I have been working at Acumentrics
Pros – They have good people and the environment is great. management personal are also good to us except for the fact that we don't get paid very well.;
Cons – I feel that we are under paid for the relevancy of our work, promotions and merit increases are terrible
Advice to Senior Management – I feel that they should invest in their employees with regards to giving people more incentives where people can get promoted and get more in their merit increases. They know if they have a good work force that they should take care of them.
