The pay is not competitive with the market. The structuring of positions is a waste of resources and causes bad morale within the company. Imagine seeing an associate with less skills and less competence getting paid more in a position then somebody else who is a lot more skilled, efficient, and smarter at their responsibilities. Acxiom Digital lost its focus on email when it was taken over by Acxiom. Compared to other companies in the industry, Acxiom Digital charges too much for their services and do not deliver as well as their competitors. Their turnover rate is high and company morale in down.

Advice to Senior Management

Get rid of the Associate Account Manager role and have one role combining the Content Specialist and Associate Account Manager. Pay that role more, require more skills to get the job, and give more responsibilities.
