Pros

The people are great and the accounts you can be placed on provide endless opportunities for learning the ropes straight out of college. I believe I've learned a lot since the day I started training and there's definitely a lot more to learn, but you need to be under the wings of the right people for those doors to open. In order to be under the right wings you need to learn quickly and earn their trust.

Cons

The pay isn't so great and it seems like we're bucketed together regardless of ability and growth. If you master the platform quickly and have good support from your Account Managers you can learn a lot. If not, start looking for a new job unless you have the patience to stick around.

Advice to Senior Management

Instate a three to six month probation period.
