Acxiom Digital – “Ok start if you're fresh out of college, takes forever to advance to the next level”

Pros

1) Finally have a leader that will shake things up/ clean house at Acxiom.
2) Bagel Day (Wednesdays)

Cons

1) Working with incompetent Account Managers who have not worked their way up through the ranks from a CS/ AAM level.
2) No clear product road map for the company.
3) AD should revert back to being a private company. Acxiom sucks!
4) Bribing the department with alcohol to take a company-wide satisfaction survey.

Advice to Senior Management

No cohesion between departments. The company is very segregated.
