“There are some good things starting to emerge”
Former Employee – worked at Acxiom full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Flexible work schedule
Great work environment
Smart coworkers
Cons – Upper management does not necessarily get it in terms of how to keep current with technology and marketing trends. They trust opinions more than the results and facts at times.
Advice to Senior Management – The new start with Scott seems headed in the right direction. Acxiom is making the right move in the digital marketing (better late than never). Keep encouraging the talent pool.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
