I have been working at Acxiom full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Somewhat flexible time
Work from home when needed
helpful coworkers
relaxed dress code
nice facilities

Cons

understaffed
stressful
hours can be very long when deadlines are looming... and they're always looming

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't let client bully you into meeting deadlines at the expense of your employees.

    I have been working at Acxiom full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    awesome data and insights as core to offerings
    very open to telecomuting
    middle leadership understands what Acxiom has to offer and how clients can get the most from it
    brand is well known in most markets making it easy to open doors
    new CEO has vision and seems to understand the good in the past he needs to keep and build upon

    Cons

    3 years at Acxiom and my leadership has changed constantly
    some cronyism lingers in Little Rock
    has had difficulty with vision and where to go next without losing all the good built up in the past
    new CRO does not seem to get it
    losing its sales culture

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    stop throwing out the baby with the bathwater!
