Cons

lay-off of staff. too much regulation, too much top-down decision-making. Very limited top-off class tools to work with. Not very innovative strategy and vision behind most of the products.
Very little out of the box thinking going on in the various departments. Lack of spare time to devellop interesing stuff, start innovative projects, make things grow.
