Acxiom Systems Engineer in Downers Grove, IL:   (Current Employee)

Pros

You can work from home as needed. You can be exposed to many different technologies.

Cons

Few, if any, opportunities for growth or promotion. Poor communication throughout the company, making you feel isolated and not knowing what is going on or expected of you. The blame game played by management can get bad at times and leads to poor worker morale.

Advice to Senior Management

Treat the employees better by giving better health care benefits and developing employees through training. What is the goal of the company now? Where is it headed? There are almost annual reorginzations of divisions within the company, with no apprrent results.
