Pros

The people are very friendly and easy to work with. They also give access to free education. Lots of jobs are always available for advancement.

Cons

Many people have worked there for years without an increase in salary. They need better communication between teams.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to the service desk - this is the backbone of the company, and they need pay raises too!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are so many talented and smart people at the company but none of them seem to 'make it' to management. There's no coaching the bench and management styles and approaches to talent vary across all the leaders. You can work for one leader who thinks you're great and another who will bury you under layers of management. There's just no consistency. If you want to take control of your career here at Acxiom the advice would be: Don't make waves and be liked by all. That's the only way to advance.
