Pros

Great people to work with
Take time off when needed without hassle
Mostly casual work environment

Cons

little to no career advancement
always working under the fear of being laid off
benefits are terrible

Advice to Senior Management

Quit using the buddy system for leadership positions. Just because someone has been there for 10 years doesn't automatically make them leadership material.
