Pros – -Young energetic staff
-Training programs to enhance knowledge base
-Work closely with managers
-Develop client relationship skills
-Good work environment culture
Cons – -Pay scale not as competitive in industry salaries
-Recent re-orgs have caused confusion in company direction
-Could use a cafeteria
