Acxiom Client Delivery Manager:   (Current Employee)

Pros

- A good stepping stone into the industry
- Decent healthcare plan, though it used to be MUCH better
- Friendly co-workers for the most part

Cons

- Very disorganized in communication
- CEO does not know how to communicate. One minute he's saying the company is excelling and the next the company is having layoffs and being forced to take unpaid vacation
- Layoffs happen to hard-working individuals who have done their job, but not to those who get to work late and leave early, thus leaving those in the aftermath with a heavy burden in covering the jobs left behind by hard workers\
- Employee moral is at an all-time low with no sign of any REAL effort being put forth by the higher-ups to improve on it. The "WOW!" application does nothing more than annoy the rest of us, Mr. Meyer.

Advice to Senior Management

Try to be more selective in those you lay off. Selecting hard-working cancer patients and women on maternity leave in exchange for those who contribute little to nothing to the company shows how little you really care for the corporation. This company is going downhill fast and I hope to jump off at the next stop as soon as possible.
