    flexible schedule, good people to work with as long as they are not in management positions. management STINKS.

    Cons

    lays off people for no reason even those with 15 years service

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    instead of laying off valuable employees, cut your own salaries. Let those who actually do the work have the benefit of jobs and a good pay scale.
