Pros

I enjoy working at Acxiom. A lot of the associates are fun to work with. Management is lacking at times.

Cons

There has been about seven layoffs since I started working at Acxiom 6 years ago. Besides that it's a good company to start out and learn.

Advice to Senior Management

Leadership has emproved somewhat since John Meyer became ceo at Acxiom. There are a lot of leadership that have a lot to learn which were grandfathered in from the past leadership.
