I have been working at Acxiom full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Young company with great people. Acxiom Digitial is the place to be if you'd like a career in marketing with this company. Acxiom has accounts worldwide, so there may be opportunities for growth.

    Cons

Unstructured, Complex business with no official onboarding process. Company is more reative versus proactive. If you are seeking work-life balance, some accounts will not offer that.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be proactive versus reactive. Treat all employees fair. Be honest.

I have been working at Acxiom full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Quiet and stable for lifers. Nothing changes.

    Cons

Endless political turmoil. No clear direction. Many incompetent people in top positions protect their salaries. Large projects are chaotic.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the lifers. Track people by their actual results and contributions, not their internal political connections.
