Pros

The only pro about working at Acxiom, the company should be used as a stepping stone to gain some experience.

Cons

Acxiom is notorious for laying people off if they don't make a profit for the quarter. No opporunity for advancement. The salary raise that comes after the 1st year is based on how much overtime you have worked for that year. Then you only get 70% to 75% of the overtime added to your salary. The morale is very low there. Acxiom doesn't try to place you into a new group if your contract with the vendor doesn't get renewed you just get laid off. The cubicle comes equipped with a 1990's 15 inch CRT monitor and a 512K cpu.
