    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Used to be a great company that treated its employees well and offered lots of mobility. Emphasis on used to be.

    Cons

New leadership has destroyed the company culture and laid off or drove off a lot of the top talent. Politics, favouritism, and confusion define the culture now. If you don't work in NY or the Bay Area, don't expect to have any career path.

    Advice to Management

    1) Develop a clearer, more consistent strategy... and stick to it! 2) Value your top talent and be objective in your assessments. 3) Encourage and value professional, collegiate debate rather than punishing people who disagree with your POV
